![]() In a dream world, I guess we'd be successful enough where I'd only have to work part time outside of the band. As it stands now, we could probably afford a reasonable commission without taking a bad loss. We aren't looking to get rich, as we all have day jobs, but we would like to be able to take home a few bucks a night. I think the whole group would want to play 7-8 times a month on the weekends. That being said, I have no idea what my options or expectations should be. I would really like to hand some of the responsibility over. I am not the most qualified for the job, and am in need of a "partner" of sorts. Plus, my list of contacts is reserved to a small section of the state. I have done a lot of the management work and I am really starting to get overwhelmed. Looking back at the goals we set, I was pleasantly surprised to find that we accomplished all but one.
